This Workmanship Warranty Policy explains the warranty provided by Simpli Green Ltd in relation to the installation services we carry out.

1. Workmanship Warranty
We warrant that all installation work carried out by Simpli Green Ltd will be completed by appropriately qualified and trained personnel using reasonable care, skill and workmanship to the standard that you are entitled to expect.
This workmanship warranty applies for a period of 2 years from the date the installation is completed.
2. Warranty Remedy
Where a valid claim is made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Simpli Green Ltd may, at its discretion:
2.1 Arrange for the affected products or installation work to be reinstalled or rectified by one of our approved installers.
2.2 Refund the installation charge relating to the affected work, or an appropriate proportion of that charge.
3. Warranty Conditions
This workmanship warranty applies only where:
3.1 The products were installed by Simpli Green Ltd.
3.2 The products have been properly used, operated and maintained throughout the warranty period.
3.3 Any alleged defect is reported to us during the warranty period and within a reasonable time after it is discovered.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to assess and resolve any warranty claim, you agree to:
4.1 Provide reasonable access to the property, installation and associated services.
4.2 Supply any information reasonably required to investigate the reported issue.
4.3 Ensure that the premises, power supplies and any supporting services provided by you are suitable and fit for purpose.
4.4 Cooperate with our engineers and approved contractors while any inspection or remedial work is carried out.
5. Transfer of Warranty
Where a property is sold during the workmanship warranty period, this warranty will automatically transfer to the new legal owner of the property.
The warranty may not be transferred, assigned or exercised by any other third party.
6. Manufacturer Warranties
Most products supplied by Simpli Green Ltd are also covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
6.1 Where a product warranty claim is made, we will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
6.2 We will use all reasonable endeavours to obtain a replacement product, replacement component or refund where appropriate.
6.3 Manufacturer warranties are separate from this workmanship warranty.
7. Your Legal Rights
This workmanship warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing within this policy limits or replaces your legal rights to bring a claim against Simpli Green Ltd as the supplier and installer of the products.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where your property is located outside England or Wales, this warranty will be governed by the applicable laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which the property is situated.
9. Policy Review
Simpli Green Ltd may review and update this Workmanship Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect legislative changes, industry best practice or improvements to our services.
The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website.
